Abstract: At 9:18 a.m. on April 3, 2018, an employee was at a residential construction project. The employee worked as a landscaper who was running irrigation lines for the front yard sprinkler system. While retrieving additional work materials, the employee was asked to assist a coworker to operate a piece of equipment. As the employee calked toward the equipment, he collapsed to the ground. He was transported to the St. Louis Regional Medical Center where he later died from a possible heart attack.
