Employee Killed When Truck Rolled Over

On August 13, 2001, Employee #1 was killed when he drove a truck he was not familiar with. He believed the water tank on the truck was empty. He planned to drive the truck to the nearest fill station to refill the tank, which was actually half filled. As he drove to the station, Employee #1 made a turn onto an intersecting road. However, his speed was too fast around the turn, causing his truck to roll over, throwing Employee #1 out and killing him. Apparently, the truck's brakes were not functioning properly.
