A. Purpose. This instruction transmits revised and new pages to the Regulatory and General Industry SAVEs Manual (Temporary Camps and Grain Handling Facilities SAVEs).

B. Scope. This instruction applies OSHA-wide

C. Action. Regional administrators and Area Directors shall ensure that all compliance personnel:

Grain elevator explosions can be prevented by the elimination of the present dust producing equipment.
