ACTION: Final Rule.

SUMMARY: This final rule revokes 153 of the 194 provisions of the General-Industry Standards (19 CFR Part 1910) which were proposed for revocation on May 28, 1982 (47 FR 23477).

from 1910.261(c)(9)(i) which requires that the flagman must always
remain in sight of the operator when the crane or locomotive is in
motion. Interim order is granted until a decision is rendered on the
