A. Purpose. This instruction transmits revised and new pages to the Regulatory and General Industry SAVEs Manual for Permit-Required Confined Spaces for General Industry.

B. Scope. This instruction applies OSHA-wide.

C. Action. Regional Administrators and Area Directors shall ensure that all compliance personnel:
