ACTION: Approval; Supplements to Nevada State Occupational Safety and Health Plan.

SUMMARY: This notice approves supplements to the Nevada occupational safety and health State plan. The supplements are legislative amendments enacted in 1995 and 1999 and amendments to regulations promulgated in 1983 and 1992.
