Rolled Metal Products (RMP), established in Lebanon, TN in 1992, is a precision coil processor specializing in stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys. Operating with 28 employees, RMP provides services such as slitting, edge conditioning, re-rolling/tempering, cut-to-length, gauge reduction, and toll processing.

RMP has demonstrated resilience and commitment in its long partnership with TOSHA Consultation, which began in 2013. After several years of working with consultants to strengthen its safety and health program, RMP earned initial SHARP recognition in 2018 and successfully recertified in 2020. Achieving SHARP status reflected the company’s dedication to building a safer workplace through teamwork, training, and continuous improvement.

Partnering with TOSHA Consultation, RMP refined its programs, corrected deficiencies, and strengthened management systems. As a result, RMP achieved significant reductions in injuries and illnesses, with no recordable cases in 2024 and was awarded SHARP again in 2025.

The Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) acknowledges small and medium-sized businesses that have used OSHA On-Site Consultation Program services and operate exemplary workplace safety and health programs.
