The Papé Group, a family-owned business founded in 1938, is a leading supplier of construction, logging, material handling, landscaping, trenching, farm equipment, semi-trucks and warehouse products in the West. The company locations in Nevada contacted Nevada Safety Consultation and Training Section (SCATS) to request consultation visits and work towards Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP).

The partnership with SCATS resulted in:

• Maintaining zero-injury rates.
• Improving employee engagement and safety culture.
• Increasing involvement in hazard identification and correction process.
• Streamlining internal safety inspections using a mobile app that has adopted similar criteria used by SCATS on their visits.
