29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: Facility-wide: On or about May 20, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer had not provided training in the global harmonization system (GHS) requirements for container labeling and safety data sheets including chemicals such as "Waxie Multi-Purpose Disinfectant Cleaner." This condition limited employee information in identifying the hazards of the chemicals they use in the workplace
