29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(i)(H): The employer did not document information pertaining to safety systems (e.g. interlocks, detection or suppression system). At the ExxonMobil King Ranch facility located in Kingsville, Texas, in the Refrigerated Absorption De-Methanization Unit, the employer did not ensure the Process Safety Information (PSI) including but not limited to, safety specification requirements were compiled and complete for the safety interlock shutdown systems on the Refrigeration Compressor #306 and Refrigeration Compressor #301A. In the Alternative 29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. At the ExxonMobil King Ranch facility located in Kingsville, Texas, in the Refrigerated Absorption De-Methanization Unit, the employer did not document safety specification requirements for the safety interlock shutdown systems on the Refrigeration Compressor #306 and Refrigeration Compressor #301A to comply with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices such as ISA 84.00.01-2004 Part 1 (IEC 61511-1 Mod) Section 10.3.1.
