29 CFR 1910.332(b)(2): Employees, who were not qualified persons, were not trained in and familiar with any electrically related safety practices not specifically addressed by 29 CFR 1910.331 through 29 CFR 1910.335, but which were necessary for their safety: A.) Combined Systems, Inc.; gas house - On or about 9/10/13, employees had not received training on the requirements on electrical safety related work practices noted in 29 CFR 1910.334(b)(2). The overcurrent devices (e.g. circuit breakers) for the granulator would trip multiple times and be reset by employees. A qualified person did not examine the electrical system between resets to determine if tripping of the overcurrent device was caused by an overload or a fault condition.
