29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. On or about April 26, 2013, at 1352 Arlene Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing stone work on the face of a house was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.3-feet while working from the second buck of a tubular welded frame scaffold when the employer did not inform the employee how to recognize and minimize scaffold hazards.
