29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not constructed in accordance with the design by a qualified person: On or about April 26, 2013, at 1352 Arlene Valley Lane, Lawrenceville, Georgia: An employee performing stone work on the face of a house was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14.3-feet when he worked from a work platform of a tubular welded frame scaffold that was not constructed by a qualified person.
