29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii): All sweepings, solid or liquid wastes, refuse, and garbage were not removed in such a manner as to avoid creating a menace to health and as often as necessary or appropriate to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition. On or abour January 15, 2013, and at times prior thereto, at the business located at 3401 W. Amarillo Blvd., Amarillo, Texas 79114, employees were exposed to health hazards when they had to clear sewage line when it backed up and soiled shop towels in bathroom: a. Bucket of shop towels used as personal sanitation wipes were left to stack up, overflow, and got wet from pipe freezing and burst. Towels were not removed daily. b. Drains backing up and over flowing (toilet and shop).
