29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE: On or about January 15, 2013, and at times prior thereto, at the business located 3401 W. Amarillo Blvd., Amarillo, Texas 79114. Employees were exposed to electrical shock, amputations, eye/face, hearing and respiratory hazards when the employer did not provide training on the use and care of equipment.
