29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Legible signs are not posted in construction zones at points of hazard. The violation occurred on or about 08/20/2012 on Manhattan Blvd, where the mployer did not provide advance warning to road users that the right travel lane was closed for mobile refueling operations of heavy equipment. There was no indication to road users what action they must take to drive through the work zone thereby exposing the refueling operator to struck-by hazards.
