29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (REGAGEP). On or about June 14, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the Anhydrous Ammonia (aNH3) and Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) systems complied with recognized and general accepted good engineering practices according to national and industry consensus codes, standards and recommended practices such as but not limited to the following: a) In the 1st floor ammonia scrubber area, the scrubber circulation pump (P-0303) was not labeled or identified. b) In the 1st floor ammonia scrubber area, the 1: pipe (NH4OH-3104-TL4A) from the D-0303 aNH3 Scrubber to the V-3336 valve was not labeled with its identity, physical state, relative pressure and direction of flow. c) In the 2nd floor IPA evaporator area, cetain valves were not labeled or identified.
