29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): Prior to permitting an employee to operate a powered industrial truck, the employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by this paragraph (l), except as permitted by (l)(5): (a) Zimmerman Manufacturing, LLC, 125 King Court, New Holland, PA - Employees operating forklifts did not receive a combination of formal instruction, practical training, and an evaluation of the operator's performance in the workplace, on or about May 25, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
