This violation was observed on or about February 4, 2009 in the Crude Unit, where the employer operates FA-24, an atmospheric blowdown drum, when there is incomplete original design and design basis information. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps it is taking to develop process safety information pertaining to the technology of the process for FA-24, the Crude Unit atmospheric blowdown drum.own
