29 CFR 1910.119(d)(2)(i)(C): Process safety information pertaining to the technology of the process did not include the maximum intended inventory. On or about July 16, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at the tank farm, the employer did not compile information pertaining to the maximum intended inventory of flammable liquids for crude oil processing. This exposed the employees to fire and explosion hazards.
