29 CFR 1910.1027(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not determine the eight-hour TWA exposures to cadmium for each employee on the basis of one or more personal breathing zone samples reflecting full shift exposure on each shift, for each job classification, in each work area: a) Furnace Department: On or about 4/5/2021, the employer did not collect full shift personal samples for employees exposed to cadmium on the night shift. Night shift employees were exposed to cadmium in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL) of 5 �g/m^3 ranging from 5.9 �g/m^3 - 11.9 �g/m^3.
