29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors enter were not effectively closed: The employer is failing to ensure that all employees are not exposed to electrical shock hazards while constructing prefabricated homes. This was most recently documented on or about January 29, 2021 at 3200 Enterprise Avenue, York, Nebraska when employees were found to be working near energized electrical wiring in Zone 2 and Zone 3.
