29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. Waterblast Department - On or about November 23 and December 7, 2020 employees operating manual waterblast cabinets sustained severe lacerations which resulted in hospitalizations where their hands came in contact with high pressure water and the employer did not report either hospitalization within 24 hours.
