29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about 7/8/2020, at the Roll Form Department, List Industries Inc., 401 Jim Moran Blvd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. Superior Hollow-T line, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard where the point of operation was not guarded on machinery including but not limited to: a. Punch press after metal roll (i.e. no info available). b. Punch press, feeder (i.e. Clearing press S-2110-48T, Serial 52-17-23-P) c. Roll form machine (i.e. Dahlstrom, Model 400-12, Serial 503) d. Roll former cutoff area (i.e. no info available).
