29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about January 10, 2020, throughout the mechanic shop, the employer did not have written specific energy control procedures that outlined the scope, rules and steps for the control of hazardous energy for authorized employees performing maintenance and repairs on machinery, such as but not limited to, Kubota Track Loaders, Front end loaders and Gravely Lawnmowers, among other equipment with potential to release hazardous energy, exposing employees to crushing and struck-by hazards.
