29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. 900 Fairmount Ave., Elizabeth, NJ The employer did not establish procedures for the control of hazardous energy when employees engaged in servicing and maintenance of powered industrial equipment. Employees performed maintenance and servicing on equipment that included, but was not limited to Crown Integrated Side Shifter, 5200 Series forklifts and were not provided procedures that identified all sources of hazardous energy, which included, but were not limited to, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical energy. Violation occurred on or about March 18, 2020
