OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment, in a place of employment, which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that powersports equipment/ATV(s) were not operated safely: Employer did not ensure that powersports equipment/ATV was safely operated, in the following instances: a) Banair Road and Workshop - On or about November 6, 2019, employees operating powersports equipment/ATV were not required to wear seat belts. b) Banair Road - On or about November 6, 2019, employees were exposed to struck-by and roll over hazards, while operating powersports equipment/ATV at excessive speeds on the public roadway.
