29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: 7605 St. Charles Rock Road, Belnor, Doris' House: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions involving electrical hazards. The employees are permitted to work where there are electrical wiring hazards. On 09/12/2019 an employee was exposed to electrical hazards where a 5-receptacle relocatable power tap was attached to a flexible cord set (extension cord). The extension cord was used as a substitute for fixed wiring to supply power to equipment such as, but not limited to, computers and monitors.
