29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about May 2, 2019, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard while installing roofing materials on a residential home located at 6644 Olde Stone, North Canton, Ohio 44720. The employees were using air powered nail guns and the employer did not ensure that they were wearing protective safety glasses.
