29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1): Flywheel(s) with parts seven feet or less above floor(s) or platform(s) were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1)(i) through (b)(1)(iv)(a): Employees were exposed to amputation hazards. The Iowa Machinery Supply Company vertical band saw in the Maintenance Shop had a portion of the flywheel which was unguarded. The flywheel was not fully guarded within seven feet of the floor.
