29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of the platform 10 feet or less in length extended over its support more than 12 inches, and was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform was able to support employees and/or materials without tipping, or had guardrails which blocked employee access to the cantilevered end: a) Jobsite: 2245-47 Wilder Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146, platform on side brackets beneath 1st working platform on 2nd level, left side facing 23rd street - The cantilevered portion of the platforms on the supported tubular welded frame scaffold extended more than 12 inches over its support which exposed an employee to fall hazards. The employee was performing masonry operations from the scaffold approximately 11 feet above ground level. Noted on or about 4/12/19.
