29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: (a) On or about March 26, 2019 - 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL, an employee was exposed to a chain/sprocket which was less than seven feet above the platform and less than seven feet from the upper rungs of the ladder to the platform. Southern Parallel Forest Products Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088769, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 660 Industrial Blvd., Albertville, AL 35950.
