29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to hazards in the workplace including but not limited to lead, cadmium, arsenic and silica. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities were exposed to hazards in that the employer did not have a written hazard communication program.
