29 CFR 1910.1018(m)(1): Clean change rooms equipped with storage facilities for street clothes and separate storage facilities for protective clothing and equipment, in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.141(e), were not provided for employees working in regulated areas or in areas subject to the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to inorganic arsenic hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities, subject to eye or skin irritation from inorganic arsenic, were exposed to inorganic arsenic hazards in that the employer did provide clean change rooms.
