29 CFR 1910.1018(e)(2): Initial monitoring was not performed for each workplace, or work operation covered by 29 CFR 1910.1018 to accurately determine the airborne concentration of inorganic arsenic to which employees may be exposed: The employer is failing to prevent employee exposure to arsenic hazards in the workplace. The condition was most recently documented on May 21st, 2019, at 700 S Rogers Rd #A, Olathe KS 66062. Employees engaged in gun repair activities were exposed to arsenic hazards in that the employer did not ensure initial monitoring was performed for each work operation to accurately determine the airborne concentration of inorganic arsenic.
