29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent: (a) Main Building and Red and Yellow Bristols - The employer did not have signs posted indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit or exit discharge, exposing employees to a fire hazard, on or about March 7, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
