29 CFR 1910.179(c)(2): A step greater than 12 inches (30 cm) was required to access the car and/or bridge walkway: a) At the P&H 50 Ton Crane (Crane 1a), a step of 15 inches was required by employees accessing the bridge crane from the stairway, exposing employees to fall hazards of 30 feet. b) At the P&H 15 Ton Crane (Crane 22), a step of 14 inches was required by employees accessing the bridge crane from the stairway, exposing them to fall hazards of 25 feet.
