Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being crushed by trees being felled: a) Jobsite, 329 Marberry Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15201: On or before February 4, 2019, employee(s) not directly involved with felling a cherry tree were within one tree length as the tree was felled. b) Jobsite, 329 Marberry Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15201: On or before February 4, 2019, employee(s) were felling trees adjacent to trees that were decayed without a designated area where the trees being felled would fall.
