29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: A. Maintenance Shop: On, or about, February 13, 2019, a Kenmore refrigerator was energized through a black extension cord. B. Maintenance Shop: On, or about, February 13, 2019, a SawStop table saw was energized through an extension cord. C. Maintenance Shop Break Room: On, or about, February 13, 2019, the sink ejector pump was energized through an extension cord. D. Building 2: On, or about, February 13, 2019, an exit sign provided over the doorway at the back of the room was energized through an extension cord. E.
