29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): At least two exits routes were not available to permit prompt evacuation of employees during an emergency: Finished Goods Warehouse: On, or about, January 31, 2019, the warehouse was not provided with a sufficient number of exits. Per NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, the maximum length of a dead-end or common path of travel was limited to 50 feet. The travel distance in the warehouse to the freezer area exceeded 50 feet.
