29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a) On or about January 16, 2019, Faurecia Emissions Control System NA, LLC had not ensured that each employee exposed to chromium (VI) from welding operations had been trained on the physical and health hazards of chromium (VI). Faurecia was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1168934, citation number 1, item number 2c and was affirmed as a final order on 10/24/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1207 Arvin Rd., Dexter MO 63846.
