29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about January 18, 2019 at a jobsite located at or near 3963 Harvester Road, Saint Peters, MO. The employees were working from a Genie aerial lift, which had the boom in the elevated position approximately 20 feet above the ground. Employees were inside the aerial platform working without attaching lanyards to the boom or basket of the aerial lift.
