29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program that included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): The employer is failing to protect employees from exposure to chemical hazards in the work place. This was most recently documented on January 8, 2019 at 1230 East 9th Street Minden, Nebraska. The employer failed to develop or implement a written hazard communication program that included information on the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) including pictograms, labeling, and training.
