29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer is failing to protect employees from health hazards. This was most recently documented on or about 01/03/19 at the establishment located at 3608 W. 30th St. South, Wichita, KS. The employees were exposed in that the employer had not developed and implemented a comprehensive hazard communication program. Hazardous chemicals used at the workplace include but are not limited to gasoline, K & N filter cleaner, battery cleaner, and lead.
