29 CFR 1910.147(c)(5)(i): Locks, tags, chains, wedges, key blocks, adapter pins, self-locking fasteners, or other hardware were not provided by the employer for isolating, securing or blocking of machines or equipment from energy sources: a) 201 N. Main St. Doylestown, PA.: On or about December 19, 2018, employees were performing diagnostic and service work on vehicles with multiple sources of stored energy, but the employer did not provide the necessary energy control hardware such as, but not limited to, terminal covers and wheel chocks to mitigate the hazards created by each type of stored energy.
