29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment shall be subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests shall be in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. On or about November 27, 2018, at a worksite located on St. Augustine Street, Dallas, Texas, employees working on replacing a pole near exposed energized electrical power lines were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards.
