29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1): First-aid supplies were not easily accessible when required: The employer is failing to ensure that prompt medical treatment is available in the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the jobsite. This was most recently documented on or about September 15, 2018, at a jobsite located near 60th Avenue and Highway 4, Great Bend, Kansas. Employees were exposed to health hazards in that first aid supplies were not easily accessible when medical services were not in near proximity.
