29 CFR 1910.304(b)(4)(ii)(B): Where connected to a branch circuit supplying two or more receptacles or outlets, a receptacle supplied a total cord- and plug-connected load in excess of the maximum specified in Table S-4: 15 WEST GRANBY ROAD, GRANBY, CT: On or about August 28, 2018, the employer used a Leviton 698-W 15-Amp/125-Volt grounding triple outlet adaptor to energize a yellow work lamp and a Dri-Eaz F284 DefendAir HEPA 500 Air Scrubber. The Air Scrubber had a built-in outlet which was used to energize a Pro-Reel Fluorescent Work Light. The total load on the adaptor was greater than 12 amps which is the maximum load specified in Table S-4.
