29 CFR 1910.134(h)(1)(i): as referenced in 1926.103: Respirators issued for the exclusive use of an employee were not cleaned and disinfected as often as necessary to be maintained in a sanitary condition: The employer is failing to protect employees from respiratory hazards in that the employer is allowing employees to use respirators that are not kept in sanitary conditions. This was most recently documented on or about August 15, 2018 at a worksite located at 916 S. Thompson Avenue, Sedalia, Missouri. An employee on the site was observed using a respirator that was not maintained in a sanitary condition.
