29 CFR 1910.137(c)(2)(viii): Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and/or the maximum intervals between tests were not conducted in accordance with Table I-4 and Table I-5. On or about August 15, 2018, rubber insulating gloves utilized by maintenance employees had not been electrically tested (or replaced) at six month intervals to ensure that the dielectric properties of the gloves were adequate to protect from contact with energized parts while performing energized tasks, including voltage testing. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
